1. Parties and subject
These Terms govern the relationship between the company providing Projelio and the user of the service. By creating an account you accept these Terms.
2. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.
You are responsible for ensuring that users you invite use the service in line with these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
The service may not be used to host unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, send automated requests that overload the system, or attempt to bypass security controls.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
4. Subscription and fees
Paid plans are invoiced in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically unless cancelled. We announce price changes at least 30 days before they take effect; your current period completes at the old price.
Lio credits are sold on the terms stated on the credits page and are used on a consumption basis.
5. Intellectual property
The Projelio software, brand and interface design belong to us. The data and content you upload belong to you; we process it solely to provide the service.
6. Service level
We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption or error and announce planned maintenance in advance. A separate service level agreement may be signed for Enterprise plans.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription from the panel at any time; access continues to the end of the period. We may terminate immediately in case of serious breach.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
