2. Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, phone number, company name and role.

Content data: the projects, tasks, files, customer records and financial entries you create.

Usage data: sign-in times, IP address, browser and device information, error logs.

Billing data: your invoicing details. Card data is never stored on our servers; it is handled by a licensed payment provider.

Messages you send to Lio, processed solely to fulfil your request.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service and manage your account, as performance of our contract.

To keep the service secure and prevent abuse and fraud, as a legitimate interest.

To meet legal obligations such as invoicing, tax and record keeping.

With your consent, to send product announcements. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

4. AI and Lio

Messages you send to Lio are processed only to answer that request. Your content is never used to train AI models and is never sold to third parties.

Lio cannot access data the user isn't permitted to see in the panel; permission rules apply identically in chat.

5. Sharing

We share data with suppliers for hosting, email delivery, payments and error monitoring, strictly to the extent the service requires. Data processing agreements are signed with all suppliers.

Where international transfer is necessary, the safeguards required by law are put in place.

6. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After a closure request data is permanently deleted within 30 days; records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) are retained for the statutory period.

7. Security

All traffic is TLS encrypted, the database is encrypted at disk level and backups are taken daily. Access is limited by role-based permissions and recorded in an audit log.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and to object to processing. Send requests to our contact address; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for session management and core functionality. Analytics cookies run only with your consent and can be blocked from your browser settings at any time.
